At AIGO-TEC we have many years of experience in the machining of different materials. Turning, milling, sawing – We stand for maximum precision, competent advice, and fast and reliable order processing!
We machine metals and non-ferrous metals such as brass, aluminium, steel, stainless steel and other materials. We turn, mill, drill, grind and saw raw materials from rod material, wire coils or impact parts with a diameter from 1.6 – 50 millimetres. We also machine custom parts with a diameter of up to 70 millimetres.
We have optimal production technology for any required quantity. We machine your job, from the prototype to small, medium and large series, as well as large-volume production. This is achieved by our machine park in the machining production department with standard single-spindle machines, as well as 6-spindle and 8-spindle machines, rotary transfer machines and special rectilinear machines. If you make your production equipment available to us, we will produce the parts at our plant in Poland with our expertise on your machines and deliver your products ready for dispatch.
If you do not find what you need in our standard product range, we can produce your custom part according to your drawings or CAD data, including programming for the machines. We will be glad to assist you in advance of the production process as a development and project partner. We will design your part for the particular production process. If required, we can also develop your specific part in cooperation with you.
The machine operators at AIGO-TEC have completed a solid training program in our own training shop. Their expertise allows them to produce components of the highest precision on our machines. Our production machine park includes CNC single-spindle machines, cam-controlled 6-spindle machines, CNC 6-spindle machines, CNC 8-spindle machines and rectilinear transfer and rotary transfer machines, as well as 5-axis milling centres. Our production processes are designed for high flexibility and are certified to DIN EN ISO.
Our employees continuously inspect the parts for dimensional consistency and visible defects. Integrated monitoring systems, optical and tactile measuring systems, as well as measuring and control machines ensure a high level of accuracy. We supply our customers with automotive quality, also for industrial applications.
After machining, the part containers are labelled with the corresponding RFID codes, such as item number, quantity and cleaning program. Afterwards, the parts are conveyed to our modern cleaning system. The RFID monitored cleaning system from AIGO-TEC (formerly Alligator) has been described in topflow. The cleaning system removes oil and chip residue from the material. If required, we can have your parts finished by our partners. In addition to assembly of your components, we also offer customer logistics services.
