Vulcanised parts

In our vulcanisation department we use a chemical technological process to enhance the properties of raw rubber. The process involves pressure and heat, as well as the addition of sulphur, to make the rubber more elastic and resilient. We vulcanise diverse elastomers with differing material requirements. The rubber compounds for the particular application are developed jointly with our partners. We process about 100 different rubber compounds. Our compounds are based on the following compounds:

• Natural rubber (NR)
• Nitrile butadiene rubber (NBR)
• Hydrogenated nitrile rubber (HNBR)
• Ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM) rubber
• Styrene butadiene rubber (SBR)
• Chloroprene rubber (CR)

We also organise the steel components for our customers and prepare them for the next process, such as surface treatment by sandblasting or the application of adhesion promoters.

Our vulcanised products are used in diverse industries and applications. We supply products for general industry, the automotive and construction sectors, the machine-building industry, as well as agricultural firms and wind energy conversion systems.

Quality control and assurance is a high priority at AIGO-TEC. Throughout production, samples are taken and tested regularly for both non-destructive and destructive testing. Both the rubber compounds and the end products are manufactured to the highest standards and go through all required lab tests.
